"Support Ticket" means a notification by a customer advising AliExtractor of a perceived issue, or question concerning the service. We have two methods of providing support and resolutions to our members:

Chat live with our support team by clicking the orange help button (in the lower right corner) within the app or on this Help portal.
"Support Hours" are weekdays from 9:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT, excluding Public Holidays. During an American statutory holiday, our technical engineers will respond promptly on the next business day, however you may continue by submitting your support ticket to enter the technical support queue.
When a ticket is marked resolved, you will receive a short email to ask you for feedback about our product and support team. How did we do?
