If you want to know where a customers order is you can do that by clicking on the tracking number in the order on the tracking page in Dropified.
That will take you to the tracking site of the tracking app you use. More often than not the item is being shipped by ePacket so that is the top option. Click on that and you will have the information of where the order is.
Keep in mind that Dropified currently automatically uses the Aftership tracking URL by default for all orders except for those that that are trackable via USPS such as US ePacket orders in which case the USPS tracking URL is automatically used.
A Custom Tracking URL can be set from the Stores page in Dropified to override the default tracking URL.
