Can I place orders with this plan?

  • The Research plan is intended for product research only. You can upgrade the plan in order to access ordering features and many others!

How many products can I save?

  • You can save up to 500 products in Dropified with the Research plan. The higher tier plans will have increased product limits.

Can I send products to my store?

  • The Research plan is meant strictly for product research purposes without the distraction of setting it up in your store. As such, you cannot connect a store in Dropified nor send any products to your e-commerce store.

How do I connect my store?

  • You can connect a store in your Dropified account with the paid plans. Upgrade the plan by selecting it from the Profile page in your Dropified account.

Which store platforms do you support?

  • The Research plan is not dependent on a store platform, so you can start saving products regardless of platforms!

    • Currently, the saved products will be limited to Shopify because products are currently saved for Shopify within Dropified.

    • Dev team has a task to make saved products be platform-agnostic

Where can I save products from?

  • You can source and save products from AliExpress, Alibaba, eBay and many other supported sites into your Dropified account.

What are custom product boards?

  • Product boards are where you save, collect and organize your saved products in Dropified. You can create new boards for each category of products that you save or perhaps organize them by niche. It's up to you!

Is there a free trial with this plan?

  • The Research plan is completely free to use without any commitment. As such, there is no free trial with this plan.

How can I upgrade the plan?

  • You can upgrade at anytime from the Profile page in the Dropified account.

Can I get a free trial when I upgrade to another plan?

  • Yes, if it's the first time you're upgrading from the account Profile page, you can get a 14 day trial of any of the paid plans.

Do you have Research plan for private label products?

  • Currently, no. However, more exciting plan options are coming!
