How do I automatically fulfill an order and notify the customer?

When tracking numbers become available on AliExpress, Alibaba, or eBay, Dropified can seamlessly fulfill the order in your store and send a shipping confirmation email to your customer. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Access Dropified Settings: Go to the Dropified application and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on the settings icon or navigate to the settings section. https://app.dropified.com/settings#fulfill

  2. Enable Auto Fulfill and Send Shipping Confirmation: Within the settings, locate the option for "Auto Fulfill and Send Shipping Confirmation" and make sure it is enabled or turned on. This allows Dropified to automatically fulfill orders and trigger shipping confirmation emails.

  3. Editing the Shipping Confirmation Email: The shipping confirmation email is based on the default email templates from your store platform. Depending on your platform, follow the instructions below to edit the email:

    • Shopify: In your Shopify Admin, navigate to "Settings" and select "Notifications" or "Notifications & Email." Look for the "Shipping Confirmation" template and click on it to edit its content. Save any changes you make to the template.

    • CommerceHQ: In your CHQ Admin, go to "Store Setup" and select "Automated Email." Look for the "Shipping Confirmation" section and click on it to access the email template. Edit the content as desired and save your changes.

    • WooCommerce: In WooCommerce, you have more configuration options. To directly edit the email template, navigate to "WooCommerce" in your WordPress Admin, select "Settings," and click on the "Emails" tab. From there, locate the "Shipping Confirmation" email and customize its content. Remember to save the changes you make.

By following these steps, Dropified will automatically fulfill orders with their tracking numbers and trigger a shipping confirmation email to notify your customers of the shipment.
