This error usually happens for users who installed Dropified from Shopify App store but didn't choose a Dropified plan to try yet.

All plans support importing and you can select the plan from the Profile page in your Dropified account: https://app.dropified.com/user/profile#plan


If you're on your Shopify store admin, you simply need to go to Apps page > click on Dropified > Manage Account > Select Plan & Subscriptions tab

If this is your first time to sign up to Dropified through the Shopify App store, then you don't have to worry because you still got a 14-day free trial before you get charged.
