If you're looking for a reliable WooCommerce host, we recommend WPEngine. You can sign up here:

To add your WooCommerce store to Dropified, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your WooCommerce admin panel. Go to WooCommerce Settings and select "Permalinks".

  2. In the Permalinks settings, under Common Settings, ensure that the "Post name" radio button is selected. Click "Save Changes".

  3. On the left side of the screen, hover over the WooCommerce button in the menu and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

  4. At the top of the Settings screen, you will see a group of tabs. Depending on your WooCommerce version, select either "Advanced" or "API" (far right tab).

    • If you are on the Advanced tab screen, click on "REST API".

    • If you are on the API screen, make sure the "Enable the REST API" box is checked. Then click on the "Keys/Apps" button in blue.

  5. Regardless of the previous step, you will be taken to the same screen. Click the "Add Key" button.

  6. In the Description field, manually type in "Dropified". Make sure the user is set as the admin. Change the permissions to "Read/Write". Press the "Generate API key" button.

Note: Make sure to keep your consumer key and secret secure, as they provide access to your WooCommerce store.

  7. Log into your Dropified account.

  8. From the Stores page, click the "Add Store" button, and select "WooCommerce" from the list of options. Click "Continue".

  9. On the next screen, enter the name of your store. Copy and paste your store's WooCommerce URL into the "Store URL" field. Click "Add Store".

Tip: To get the URL, go back to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to the WooCommerce store settings. In your browser's URL bar, copy the store domain URL, including the subdomain if you have one (e.g., "https://woo.dropified.com"). Ignore the rest of the URL.

  10. You will be redirected to WooCommerce, where you will be prompted to confirm the link. Review the permissions and click "Approve".

  11. Once redirected back to Dropified, if the link was successful, you will see a green message at the top of the screen confirming the successful link.

Your WooCommerce store is now connected to Dropified! 🙂
