Dropified offers quick and convenient ways to automate your ordering process on AliExpress and eBay. Once you have an order in your connected store, you can begin processing it with the supplier through Dropified.
Here's how you can get started:
Quick API Ordering for AliExpress
This method processes orders quickly by utilizing the AliExpress API.
Before you begin:
Ensure your AliExpress account is connected in Dropified Settings. https://app.dropified.com/settings#aliexpress-settings
From the Dropified Orders page, click on "Order All via API" to add the items in the order to the Quick Queue.
Click the Quick Queue launcher at the bottom of the page to open the Quick Queue panel.
Review the order details, then click on "Order" to initiate the automated ordering process.
When it's done, the supplier order ID will be added to the order in Dropified.
Tip 💡
If you receive an address error, try enabling the address fixes in Dropified Settings for AliExpress.
Quick Extension Ordering for AliExpress
Process orders faster with this extension ordering method by skipping the product page and cart page in AliExpress.
Before you begin:
Ensure the Dropified Chrome extension is installed.
Login into your AliExpress account. https://www.aliexpress.com
From the Dropified Orders page, click on the arrow next to "Order All via API".
In the dropdown menu, click on "Order All via Extension" to initiate the automated ordering process using the Dropified extension. This will open the AliExpress site in a new tab.
On the AliExpress Checkout page, click on "Place Order".
When it's done, the supplier order ID will be added to the order in Dropified.
Tip 💡
If the order ID is not automatically added in Dropified, ensure to turn on that feature in the Auto Fulfill settings.
Order Items for eBay
Before you begin:
Ensure the Dropified Chrome extension is installed.
Login into your eBay account. https://www.ebay.com
From the Dropified Orders page, click on "Order All" to initiate the automated ordering process. This will open the eBay site in a new tab.
On the eBay Checkout page, click to complete the purchase.
When it's done, the supplier order ID will be added to the order in Dropified.
Other Ordering Options
The following ordering methods are available by clicking on "Actions". These can be used to initiate the ordering process for individual orders.
Auto Order via API | The order is automatically processed via AliExpress API up to the Checkout page. |
Auto Order via Extension | The order is automatically processed via the extension while skipping the product and cart page in AliExpress. |
Choose Shipping (Quick method) | The preferred shipping method can be selected before the Auto Order via Extension ordering automation begins. |
(Legacy Method) Auto Place Order | The order is automatically processed via the extension up to the Checkout page. |
(Legacy Method) Auto - Choose Shipping | The preferred shipping method can be selected before the extension ordering automation begins. |
(Legacy Method) Manual Order | The connected supplier product page is opened, but there is no automation. |
