Dropified uses the Chrome Extension in many different applications when it is relating to other websites outside of Dropified. Often this will get out of sync with your Store settings when there are certain changes made in your Dropified account.
Here are the steps you syncing your Chrome Extension for Dropified:
You can right-click on the Dropified extension icon in your Chrome browser, then click "Options".
That will sync the Chrome extension with the Dropified account that you're currently logged into.
After that, refresh the page and try again. This is all you have to do to sync your Extension.
