Orders rejected by risk control are initiated by Aliexpress. You may be able to get more insight on this at the Aliexpress Buyer Service or Customer Service at this page: Help Center

Users can easily locate those orders in our filter, but click under "Supplier Status" for Rejected by Risk Control. https://app.dropified.com/orders/track

If you need to re-order, you can select those orders in the Tracking page, then use the Bulk Action in the upper right corner to "Delete Order IDs".

Finally, you can now replace the orders through Dropified Order Menu again.
