Understanding and Using the "Ship to Country" Feature in Dropified

The "Ship to Country" feature in Dropified is designed to assist with variant mapping, importing, and managing products. By default, the country selected is the USA. However, when the initial shipping country chosen for a product is not supported on AliExpress, the variant mapping function will fail. To make it work again, you need to modify the "Ship to Country" to a location where AliExpress can ship the product.

Note: This feature does not control the actual shipment of your products. It solely affects product sourcing and variant mapping within Dropified.

Key Locations of the "Ship to Country" Feature in Dropified:

1. Find Products: AliExpress; US Products

2. My Products: Saved; Connected


Changing the "Ship to Location" here would also change the "Ship to Location" from the connections tab and variant mapping page.

How to Modify the "Ship to Country" Setting:

  1. Navigate to any of the sections mentioned above where the "Ship to Country" option is available.

  2. Change the country initially selected to a country that supports shipping for the product you are working with on AliExpress.

  3. Proceed with the variant mapping or product connection after adjusting the shipping country.

This ensures that your variant mapping and product import processes work smoothly, especially when products are unavailable for shipment to the default country (USA).
