The Product Alerts™ History Page is a helpful tool located under Quick Links in your Dropified dashboard. It provides a running log of price and inventory changes for your connected products, helping you stay on top of supplier updates from platforms like AliExpress and eBay.

While the Alerts Settings allow you to configure how changes are handled, this page is strictly for viewing recent product updates and is not where you adjust alert settings.

How To Access the Product Alerts History Page

  1. Go to your Dropified dashboard.

  2. Click on Quick Links in the top menu.

  3. Select Product Alerts from the dropdown.

You’ll be taken to the Product Alerts™ History Page, where you can view any recent
changes.

What You’ll See

The Product Alerts History Page is designed to give you detailed insights into product changes from your suppliers. Here's a breakdown of what’s shown:

  • Store Tabs – Switch between your connected stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, GrooveKart, etc.).

  • Product Filter – Use the dropdown to view alerts for a specific product.

  • Date of Change – Displays when the alert was triggered.

  • Product & Variant – The specific variant affected (e.g., "2.3mm Wide - Black").

  • Rate – The percentage of price change (e.g., -101%).

  • Old Price – The original supplier price before the change.

  • New Price – The updated supplier price.

  • Store Price (Before Change) – The price that was previously shown in your store.

  • Shopify Column – If applicable, shows any linked Shopify updates.

💡 Note: This page does not let you update product prices manually. It’s for informational purposes only.

Archiving Alerts

You can click the Archive Alerts button in the upper right-hand corner to remove or clean up your alert history. This helps you manage the list and keep track of new updates.
