How to Access the Account Management Page

You can access your Account Management Page by following these steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Then click on Account from the dropdown menu.

1. Profile Information

  • Name & Email – Edit your display name and email address.

  • Extra Info for AI – Add business details or personal preferences so Dropified AI can give more tailored responses.

  • Save – Be sure to click Save after making any changes.

2. Billing / Usage Credits

Here you can view and manage how your AI credits are used.

  • Monthly Credits – The credits included in your monthly plan.

    • Unused credits expire at your renewal date and do not rollover.

    • At renewal, your monthly credits reset to the maximum allowed by your plan.

    • Monthly credits are used first, followed by any rollover credits.
      ​

  • Rollover Credits – Credits you purchase separately that don’t reset each month.

    • Rollover credits are used after the monthly credits run out.

    • They remain as long as your monthly plan is active.

    • Non-refundable and removed if your subscription becomes inactive.
      ​

  • Auto Top-Up Credits – lets you set a minimum balance threshold.

    • When enabled, the system will automatically charge you for more credits if your balance drops below the set threshold.
      ​

  • Total Credits Remaining – Shows your combined monthly + rollover credits.

  • View Credit Usage Logs – Click to see a detailed history of credit usage.


3. Subscription Information

Here you’ll find details about your subscription:

  • Subscription Status – Active or inactive.

  • Account Created – The date your account was opened.

  • Last Charge Date – When your most recent billing occurred.

  • Next Charge Date – When your next billing will occur.

  • Subscription Period – Monthly or annual.

  • Quick Links – Access your Last Charges or Billing Info directly.
