How to Manage Your Profile, Billing, and Memories

This quick guide covers how to manage your profile, credits, and memory vault in Dropified AI.

How to Access the Account Management Page

You can access your Account Management Page by following these steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Then click on Account from the dropdown menu.

1. Update Your Profile

To update your account information:

  1. Go to the Profile section from your dashboard.

  2. Make the necessary changes:

    • Name – Change your display name as needed.

    • Email – Update your contact email address.

    • Extra Info for AI – Add specific details about yourself or your business to help the AI personalize its responses more effectively.

  3. Click Save to apply your updates.

2. Manage Billing and Usage Credits

Inside the Billing / Usage Credits section:

  • View your Current USD Balance at the top of the screen.

  • Monthly Credits

    • These are the credits included in your monthly plan.

    • They reset at your renewal date and do not roll over to the next month.

    • Any unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

    • If you also have Rollover Credits, your Monthly Credits will be used first.
      ​

  • Rollover Credits

    • These are extra credits carried over from previous usage, available as long as you have an active monthly plan.

    • Rollover Credits are used only after your Monthly Credits are depleted.

    • They don’t reset monthly, but will be lost if your subscription becomes inactive.

    • Rollover Credits are non-refundable.

  • To Add Funds Manually:

    1. Enter the amount you want to add.

    2. Click Add Funds to complete the top-up.


      ​

  • To Enable Auto Top-Up:

    1. Check the box for automatic refills.

    2. Set your Minimum Balance Threshold (the amount that will trigger a top-up).

    3. Set the Top-Up Amount to be added when the threshold is reached.

    4. Click Save to activate.


3. Add and Manage Memories

In the Memories section:

  • Fill in detailed business information under Add New Memory:

    • FAQs about your business.

    • Legal company name, common brand name, year founded, location, and revenue range.

    • Mission, customer problems you solve, core brand values, what you sell, how you differ from competitors, pricing structure, offers, and promotions.

    • Define your key customer segments.

  • Your saved memories will appear in the Memory Vault on the right.

  • Click Save to store each memory.
