If you are seeing an error message such as “AliExpress Access Token error. Try to reconnect your account in settings”, it means that your AliExpress connection has expired and needs to be refreshed.

This is a common issue that happens when the AliExpress account has not been reconnected for an extended period or simply needs to be relinked.

Step 1: Refresh Your AliExpress Token

  1. Go to your Dropified Settings page.

  2. Navigate to the AliExpress tab.

  3. Click the Refresh Token button.

This will quickly refresh your AliExpress API connection.

Step 2: Re-link Your AliExpress Account (if refreshing does not work)

If refreshing the token does not resolve the issue, you’ll need to re-link your AliExpress account:

  1. Go to the AliExpress tab in your Dropified Settings.

  2. Click the trash can icon to delete the expired account.

  3. Click the Link AliExpress Account to add the account you wish to connect with Dropified.

Why This Happens

  • AliExpress sessions expire after a certain period.

  • Tokens may also become invalid if the AliExpress account was inactive or not reconnected for a long time.

By refreshing or re-linking, you restore the API connection and ensure that your Quick Order, tracking, and inventory sync features continue working properly.

Tip: To avoid interruptions, we recommend checking your AliExpress connection regularly and refreshing the token when needed.
