Canceling Your Dropified Account

It can sometimes be confusing to know the correct process to cancel your Dropified account. Fortunately, we’ve put together this helpful guide to ensure you get the job done quickly and correctly.

Removing the App From Your Store

When removing the app from your store, you need to remember that you must also cancel the subscription from the account Profile page to successfully stop the charge.

Having multiple stores in one account? We’ve got you covered. Removing the app from your store does not cancel your Dropified account. You must cancel from the Profile page to be successfully unsubscribed.

Duplicate Profiles

In instances where a user has created a duplicate profile in error, that can also cause conflict. If that’s the case, providing the email associated with your Dropified account, billing screenshot, and/or your full store URL will be helpful.
