How do I cancel my account?

Cancelling from the web-version or the Shopify App version.

Prior to making a decision to Cancel, please reach out to Customer Support to ascertain if we can lend assistance with any issue.

Should your Dropified subscription have been obtained from our website, you can cancel the subscription from your account Profile page in Dropified at any time. This will then terminate the account at the termination date of your monthly or annual term. If you are within the 14-day trial period, the account will remain open until the trial period has expired.

In the event of a subscription to Dropified via the Shopify App Store, you can cancel by simply deleting the app from the Shopify store admin > Apps page, which will end the subscription.

If you wish to receive a refund for your Shopify app version subscription, you must do so through Shopify, since the billing in this case has been conducted by them. Please contact their Support team at support@shopify.com to initiate this procedure.
