Before you decide to Cancel please reach out to Customer Support and see if there is an issue we can help you with. 

If you registered for Dropified from our website, you can cancel the subscription at anytime from your account Profile page in Dropified.  If you are still in the 14 day trial period then Dropified will be active until the end of the trial period.
You can also Pause your account for just $12 /month.

If you installed Dropified from the Shopify App Store, then you can uninstall the app by simply deleting it from your Shopify admin > Apps page to stop the subscription.

If you are looking for a refund for you Shopify App version please contact Shopify Support at: support@shopify.com.

If you feel you deserve a refund for the Web-Version please don't hesitate to contact our Dropified Customer Support.
