If you registered for Dropified from our website, you can cancel the subscription at anytime from your account Profile page in Dropified. This will then close the account at the end of your monthly or annual term. If you are still under the 14 day trial period then Dropified will be active until the end of the trial period.
For Dropified subscription via Shopify App Store, you can cancel by simply deleting the app from your Shopify store admin > Apps page to stop the subscription.
If you are requesting a refund for your Shopify app version subscription you will have to do that through Shopify because that is where you have been billed from in this case. Simply reach out to their Support team at email@example.com.
