Oftentimes, other Chrome extensions or settings can conflict with Dropified and prevent the app from working smoothly.

To test whether other extensions are causing an issue or not, you can run Dropified in an incognito window in Chrome.Β

Please do the following:

1. Right-click the Dropified extension icon and click Manage Extensions

2. Scroll down and enable Allow in Incognito

3. In the upper right-hand corner of Chrome, click Menu > New Incognito Window.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

  • Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

  • Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

You can now try testing Dropified again to see if the problem persists.

If the issue is not resolved, please record the issue and report it to the Dropified Customer Success Team.
