Transferring a Store to a Different Account

(Shopify Only) Moving a Store from one Dropified Account to a different Dropified Account

We can now transfer your Shopify store and product data from one Dropified account to another.

We will need the following information:

  • Email address of old Dropified account 

  • Email address of new Dropified account. Please create the account first if it's not created already.

  • The full Shopify URL of the Store <name>.myshopify.com

Steps to the transfer process:

  • The Store needs to be on an active Dropified subscription and still connected in the previous Dropified account. 

  • This is a manual process on our end, so when you are ready with the Store connected in both accounts contact Customer Support to finalize the transfer process. Please allow us 1 business day to complete this process.
