How to take a screenshot on Windows
The easiest and quickest way in windows is to press <ALT> <PrtScn> at the same time and this puts the entire screen in the clipboard. You can then use <CNTR> <V> to paste that screen anywhere, even in our Dropified Chatbox which will be sent automatically in the chat as shown below.

How to take a screenshot on your Mac Computer
To take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.
If you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot. Or wait for the screenshot to save to your desktop.
