Some settings in Dropified may or may not work for you depending on your current use case.
Check out few of the scenarios and solutions below to see if they apply to you.

manually mark orders as fulfilled in Shopify and want Dropified to auto update the tracking number | enable “Force Fulfillment” option in the Tracking page for each order that is manually fulfilled in Shopify |
need to manually update the fulfillment in Shopify with new tracking details | click the dropdown menu next to the [Fulfilled] button on the Tracking page and then “Update Fulfillment” |
have trouble with eBay account getting blocked for 24 hours due to too many requests | disable "eBay background orders sync” option in Dropified settings under Auto Fulfill tab |
have eBay ordering automation stopped due to address error | check that Order Phone Number is added in Dropified settings under Auto Fulfill tab |
