There are many times when you wish you had the instructions or a screenshot from a chat conversation with our team. You can retrieve a conversation in a chat with the following steps.

At the end of the chat, you will see this screen. Click the Green Header to open this further and you will see the text download link:

Then you can click the download arrow to begin the download process of the text file of the chat:

This is what your text file will look like:

If you need to get your image in the file then you will have to Screenshot that separately. Go ahead and open the chat and click on the image. It will open up on your computer and take a screenshot. Note: click here for instructions on how to take a screenshot.
