Keep in mind that Order fulfillment automation features in Dropified are only for AliExpress, eBay, and Alibaba products.

Customer orders that come into your connected store is processed through your Dropified account. So you need to go to the orders page of Dropified and initiate the processing of orders there by clicking the place order button. Each selection corresponds to a different order method. You can learn more about it here.
Our page will lead you to Aliexpress or eBay where you can pay. Please ensure you are logged in.
If your product is not from Aliexpress or eBay, you will process and fulfill the order manually. You can use this article that walks you through the Manual Order Process.
Once you've paid for the order at Aliexpress or eBay site, your supplier can send the order to your customer. The supplier provides an order number and usually, a tracking number will follow a few days later. This information is sent to Dropified and your eCommerce store automatically.
You may want to send a test order to familiarize yourself with the process.
Once the Aliexpress or eBay supplier releases the tracking number, the app can automatically update the tracking number and mark the order as fulfilled in your store; then trigger the Shipping Confirmation email to be sent to your customer. All this will take place as long as you have the Auto Fulfill option enabled in Dropified settings and you're logged into your AliExpress/eBay account.
