Order fulfillment automation features in Dropified are specifically available for AliExpress, eBay, and Alibaba products.

Step 1: Process Orders in Dropified
Customer orders from your connected store are processed through your Dropified account.
Navigate to the Orders page in Dropified and initiate order processing by clicking the Actions button. Each selection corresponds to a different order method. Learn more about it here.
If your product is not from AliExpress or eBay, you will need to process and fulfill the order manually. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Manual Order Process article.

Step 2: Pay for the Order
After clicking the Actions button, our page will redirect you to AliExpress or eBay, where you can complete the payment. Please ensure that you are logged into the respective platform.
To familiarize yourself with the process, you may consider sending a test order.
We recommend storing a payment method at AliExpress or eBay for smoother transactions.
Step 3: Supplier Sends Order and Tracking
Once you have made the payment on AliExpress or eBay, the supplier will send the order to your customer.
The supplier will provide an order number, and typically, a tracking number will be provided a few days later.
This information will be automatically sent to Dropified and synced with your eCommerce store.
Step 4: Auto Fulfill and Shipping Confirmation
When the supplier releases the tracking number for your AliExpress or eBay order, Dropified will automatically update the tracking information and mark the order as fulfilled in your store.
To enable this automation, ensure that the Auto Fulfill option is enabled in Dropified settings and that you are logged into your AliExpress or eBay account.
A Shipping Confirmation email will be triggered and sent to your customer.
